Refund policy

At Hadal Zone, each product is made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing error.

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product
  • A description of the issue

Once the issue is verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect orders.
  • Items must not be used or altered.

If your issue is approved, we will guide you through the replacement or refund process.
